Upcoming IPO December 2025: Indian markets are preparing for a high-energy week as a total of nine IPOs are set to open between 8 and 12 December 2025. For investors who follow public issues closely, the upcoming week is expected to bring multiple opportunities across furniture, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, toys, agritech and display equipment sectors.
Out of these nine IPOs, four belong to the mainboard category — Wakefit Innovations, NephroCare Health Services, Park Medi World and Corona Remedies — while the remaining five will launch from the SME segment.
Wakefit IPO: Strong Anchor Demand Ahead of Opening
Home and furniture brand Wakefit Innovations Ltd has already created excitement by raising ₹580 crore from anchor investors even before the IPO opens. Big names like HDFC Life Insurance, Bajaj Life Insurance and Prudential Hong Kong participated in the anchor round.

SME IPOs Also Lined Up
Alongside mainboard issues, markets will see SME IPOs of KV Toys India, Prodox Solutions, Riddhi Display Equipments, Unisem Agritech and Paijson Agro India. These IPOs range between ₹21 crore and ₹74 crore, with listings scheduled between 15 and 18 December.
